Passionate about corporate design, Two Fishes Design offers more than just logo design or putting a website on-line. We like to see your company reel in the BIG fish – by creating a brand you love and getting hooked on fresh marketing.
We offer a full creative solution from lingering logo design, buoyant business card and letterhead, to creating a brochure and signage rounding off with an attractive online presence via web design.
So what is in a name? What is a name worth? It is worth as much as it can generate interest amongst your public.
When we were brainstorming for a name for our design company we wanted to make it creative enough that it would get people wondering about us. Having the surname “Visser” contributed generously to our creativity since we wanted something more personal as well as creative. Thus playing on “fishes” and the connection with “Visser – literally “fisher” – our company naming session was halfway there.
In addition we just had to work out an appropriate logo and design strategy – a mere flash of a synapse and we were done.
So that is what is in our name; Two Fished Design: created by two fishe(r)s and here we are – many streams later, working on our pond.
You started a new company and need a logo. Or you just need a professional to give your current logo a modern face-lift. In both cases these are the steps:
All design projects follow more or less the same steps as with logo design except for the last two steps:
Built in a Content Management Systems (CMS) our websites are easy to update. Please click on the link below to find out more:
For new companies or give old brands a fresh look. We LOVE creating new brands!
Business card, letterhead and email signature are the standard stationery everyone needs.
From small websites to large e-commerce developments, once we have completed your site, you can update it yourself.
We have preferred printers and can get competitive quotes as well as manage print jobs.
Advertisements, flyers, posters, signage, vehicle branding to name a few.
Year books and magazine layout are our speciality, but we also do annual reports
Book sleeve and e-book covers, menu design, CD or DVD packaging design, product or wine labels.
We can also design icons, maps or other do vector illustrations.
All our websites are developed in a Content Management System (CMS) which means it’s easy to do your own updates after we have completed the design. We build the website to be Search Engine Optimised (SEO friendly) which is very important… because what good is an online presence if no-one can find it?
And lastly in our modern era of browsing on all types of devices, it has become essential to have a responsive website – a site that resizes content and layout according to the size of the screen.
Nifty but also A NECESSITY.
Obtaining a Business Communication and Graphic Design degree at North West University between 1998–2002 laid the foundation for Esté’s career.
She built her experience from the ground up – first working for an established advertising agency in Somerset West in 2004 and then moving to Cape Town for 2-years of dtp and printing know-how in the industry.
With a history in jewellery design, Talitha brings a fresh perspective and creative flair as graphic designer to the Two Fishes Team. She recently developed a love for and certainly has a knack for packaging design.
Very competitive, we stay out of her way when a client doesn’t choose the logo design she submitted for a proposal. 🙂
Chris joined the team in May 2017 as our senior web developer and coder extraordinaire.
The newbie in the team, Charles-Napier loves Star Wars, music and spending his spare time behind a stove.
And lots of it… daily. Ok, Ok… hourly.
Fast or slow as long as it keeps us on the go!
